- Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Service for Design and Develop Website, Registrar System, And E-Learning Platform for GWPTC The shortlisting criteria are: The consulting firm has to be legally registered. The consulting firm should have a minimum of five years of work experiences in website and e-learning platform design and development starting from 1st January 2015. The consulting firm is required to provide three evidence of good performance in similar consulting services provision for its previous clients.
