- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service for Design Review, Construction Supervision, Contract Management, and Capacity Building for Construction of Fstp for Assela, Shashamene, and Bishoftu Towns SCOPE OF SERVICES The consultant will have the following four, but not limited to, basic tasks to be accomplished: Task I: Review and make ready the design at hand for the Contractor before the commencement of the works Task II Construction supervision and Task III: Contract Administration Task IV: Provide tailored-based Training and Capacity Building during the construction and operation of the plant, review and approve the O&M manual for the proposed FSTP prepared by the contractor. An outlined list of tasks in line with the consulting serves components stated above is included in the Terms of Reference. The total duration for the service is 1 year (365 days) and additional 1 year (365 days) for operation and maintenance stage throughout the defect liability period. Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours 8:30 AM to 12:30 noon and 1:30 to 5:30 PM afternoon from Monday to Friday.
