- Request for proposals are invited for Consultancy Service for Emergency Programme Evaluation. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP NO.: RFP: ADD-RFP-EPC-001/2021 Date: 16 April 2021 The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Consulting Firm for the Consultancy Service for Emergency Programme Evaluation for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued. IOM now invites Consulting Firms to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for Consultancy Service for Emergency Programme Evaluation. More details on the consultancy services are provided in the RFP and TOR. The Consulting Firm will be selected under a Quality -Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP. A complete set of RFPs will be shared to interested consulting firms up on email request through SLOADDISABABAPROCUREMENT@iom.int; from 20 April 2021 to 28 April 2021. Proposal shall be valid for a period of 3 (three) months (90 calendar days) after submission. Late proposal shall be rejected. Proposal can be submitted either by email to SLOADDISABABAPROCUREMENT@iom.int. or in hand on/before 29 April 2021 14:00 hours (East African Time) and opened on 30April 2020 14:00 hours (East African Time) at IOM SLO Addis Ababa located, Ethiopia, Gemokenyatta Avenue, Kirkos Sub-City, Wereda 8, YeMez Building (behind Zuqualla Complex) IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, and to cancel the procurement process and reject all proposals at any time prior to award of Contract, without obligation to inform the affected Consulting Firm /s of the ground for IOM action.
