- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service for Evaluation of “Shebel Berenta Integrated Community Capacity and Development Project (Phase II). Payment of nonrefundable ETB 300 Birr. Bid security of 10,000 Birr. Agri Service Ethiopia is a non-governmental, nonreligious and nonprofit making Ethiopian Resident Charity Organization established in 1969 and is dedicated to poverty reduction and sustainable community development particularly in rural areas of the country. ASE with financial support from the Bread for the World has been implementing integrated Community Capacity and Development in 8 (eight) rural kebelles of Shebel Berenta Woreda, East Gojjam Zone of the Amhara Regional state. Shebel Berenta Integrated Capacity and Development Project II is at its third year of the project period and will terminate on December 2021. The program was expected to pursue addressing and solving a multitude of problems of the target groups in the intervention areas. This external evaluation is, therefore, to evaluate the status of project results based on the planned objective and indicators in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, impact, sustainability and relevance and also to come up with recommendations for successful accomplishments in the remaining period of time. Potential service providers companies may obtain the tender documents against payment of nonrefundable ETB 300 Birr from Agri Service Ethiopia (ASE) Head Office, Addis Ababa from June 9-up to June 15, 2021 during working hours Monday to Friday 8:30 Am- 3:00PM. Tenders submitted must be accompanied with: · Valid and renewed business License.(as detailed on TOR) · Company profile · The bidder should submit bid security of 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand birr) Bank guaranty in the form of CPO with separate sealed envelope. · Submit a duly filled, signed and stamped premium rate in the financial proposal. Bidder companies must submit the bid document in two hard copies One Technical & the other Financial with Original & Copy in sealed envelopes, bearing the bidder-s official seal, and clearly marked Technical “Original & copy- -and “Financial Original & copy-- with Premium Rate, and must include the bidders- name, and contact address, as well as the Tender title and Tender Reference number. Tenders must be submitted in the bid box prepared for this purpose at Agri Service, Ethiopia Head Office on June 16, 2021 on or before 2: 00 PM, Agri Service Ethiopia Tender Committee will open the tender on June 17, 2021 at 2: 00PM at its own discretion in the presence of bidders or of their representatives.
