- Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Service for GEQIP-E Comprehensive Intermediate and Exit Evaluation. Bid closing date: May 25, 2023 5:00 PM Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date and Time Region: Addis Ababa The consulting services ("the Services") include carrying out Comprehensive Intermediate and Exit Evaluation for GEQIP-E (for parent program, First Additional Financing (AF1) from Global Partnership for Education (GPE) and Second Additional Financing for Refugees Integration (AF2)) The Ministry of Education now invites eligible consulting firms ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: Core Business and Years in Business, Experience in the Specific Assignment, and Technical and Managerial Capability. The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraphs 3.14 3.17 of the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers: Procurement in Investment Project Financing: Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services dated July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018. ("Procurement Regulation's"), setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest.
