- Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Service for Rehabilitation and Additional Works for Study and Detail Design works, Tender Document Preparation, and Construction Supervision of Chefe Wastewater Treatment Plant-Phase I in Addis Ababa Phase I: Study and detail design for rehabilitation and additional works of the Chefe WWTP, Tender Document Preparation, Tendering and Tender Assistance; Undertake a comprehensive examination and audit of the Works to determine the status and conditions of the civil and electro-mechanical works, and identify defects and deficiencies; Identify remaining works and activities that still need to be carried out and defects to be remedied to complete the Works and bring the WWTP to full operation, and prepare a detailed rehabilitation plan; Prepare detail design of additional works including upgrades to improve the effluent and sludge management of the plant. Prepare complete sets of tender documents for the execution of the completion, refurbishment & additional works plan Phase II- Construction Supervision and Contract Administration The Consultant shall be the Employer's authorized representative and shall provide supervision and administration as described in the TOR, including the provision of qualified experienced personnel, management, co-ordination and efficient execution of these services. This is a mixture of lump sum and time-based contract for consultancy services pertaining to: Phase I-will take 4 months and Phase II- will take 6 months.
