- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service of Supervision of Road Maintenance & Road Rehabilitation Project under the Amhara Region Bid closing date: on the 30 calendar days from the first date of advertisement at 2:00 PM Bid opening date: on the 30 calendar days from the first date of advertisement at 2:30 PM Region: Amhara Bid document price: 300.00 Birr Bid bond: 30,000.00 Birr 4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding document at the address given below on working days. A complete set of bidding document prepared in English language may, be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 300. 5. Bidders shall submit two envelopes "Technical Qualification information and bid security" in one envelop and "Financial bid" separately in another envelop and should be sealed in an outer envelope. 6. Evaluation is to be carried out in two stages, Technical qualification first and financial bids for qualified bidders next. 7. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee of ETB 30,000.00 (ETB: Thirty thousand). 8. Sealed Prequalification & Priced document Bids shall be submitted to Amhara Road Bureau Construction Contract Administration. Directorate Room Number 212 Tele 0583- 20-67-20 on or before 30 calendar days from the first date of advertisement at 2:00 PM & the Bid shall be publicly opened the same day at 2:30 P.M. If the opening date lies on a non-working day it will be shifted to the next working day. Bidders are advised to attend the opening of bids. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders/ bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below, on the final date and time of bid submission as stated above.
