- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service for Training of Local Government and Project Staff on Queen Bee Rearing The Consultant should have the following competencies: Academic qualification Relevant degrees in the areas of Rural Development, Animal Science, Natural Resource Management, Community Development or other related subjects with close experiences and affinity to NTFPs, forest beekeeping, and honey value chain interventions. Experience and skills: Knowledge and experiences in apiculture, forest beekeeping/honey practices in southwest Ethiopia, Practical experience in queen bee rearing and colony multiplication in the context of southwest Ethiopia Contemporary up-to-date knowledge ond understanding on apiculture honey sector and beekeeping policies and practices within the country and around the globe, Experience and skills on honey value chain development, analysis, capacity building and training provision on beekeeping/honey to farmers and experts Renewed Consultancy licence
