- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Service (Youth Employability, Child Development (Child Sponsorship), Water and Sanitation, Food Security, and Agriculture Value Chain Development). Dorcas Aid Ethiopia (DAE) is an international NGO working in the country for more than 20 years. DAE programs have been focused on youth employability, child development (Child sponsorship), water and sanitation, food security, and agriculture value chain development. In Addis Ababa, DAE has a TVET center that provides vocational training in furniture making, metal work and garment for unemployed youth. So far, the center has been funded by external Donors and is now seeking to open an income generating activity to become a self-financing vocational training institute. The income generating activity will mainly focus on furniture/metal products for sale and hospitality services and will be established as a separate business entity but affiliated to the TVET center. Hence, DAE wants to undertake a feasibility study of the proposed “Income Generating Activity” project and invites bidders for consultancy service to undertake the feasibility study. Interested applicant should submit the technical and financial proposal as per the bid document including renewed license and TIN Certificate Bidders can collect the bid document (TOR) from DAE head office located at Bole Sub City, Kebele 3 House Number 1547, P.O.Box8989,Telephone +251-116-674032 form November 4,2022 at office working time Bid documents shall be submitted to Head office before November 11, 2022 at 5.00 p.m. The consultant will be selected in accordance with the criteria set out by the organization DAE reserves the right to cancel the tender process at any stage without any liability of any kind for DAE, upon notice to the bidders.
