- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services at NeCSOO Eligibility: Bidders must have a renewed trade/ business certificate for the year 2013 E.C (2021 G.C), VAT, TIN, and a renewed professional license certificate. Interested and eligible consultancy firms/consultancy teams may collect Terms of Reference (TOR) prepared and submit the technical and financial proposals in a separately sealed envelope with wax from June 03 to 11, 2021 during working hours from the NeCSOO Office. NeCSOO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Late bids shall be rejected.
