- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Study for Gemstone Centre of the Corporation Project Bid document price: Birr 100.00 Bid bond: 2% Ethiopian Mineral, Petroleum and Bio-Fuel Corporation invites sealed bids from interested eligible & qualified national Bidders for consultancy services for: Environmental and Social Impact assessment study for Gemstone Centre of the corporation project located at head office. Interested eligible Bidders are invited to participate in this tender directly or through their duly represented agents. In case of represented by the local agent, the agent shall furnish letter of representation from the principal and all bidders must have a valid Trade License, TIN, VAT and Current Tax Clearance, and Suppliers' Registration Certificates and relevant professional Certificate (license) which is given by the concerned public body. A complete set of bidding documents in English can be purchased by interested bidders during office hours from the address mentioned below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Eth. Birr 100 (Birr one Hundred) in cash from Building Block 2. Sealed bid marked as per the instructions given to the bidders in the tender document and addressed to the address must be closed by the BUYER at or before 10:00 AM, 1 July, 2021. The document will be received through bid box or hand-delivered. No liability will be accepted by the buyer for loss or late delivery Bids will be and opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on the date and address specified below at 10:30A.M, 1, July 2021. All bidders must be accompanied by bid security 2% the total Price. The bid security shall be only in CPO form from any Commercial Bank. The bid security shall remain valid for sixty (60) days. The bid shall remain valid for Ninety (90) days after the bid submission deadline Ethiopian mineral, petroleum and bio-fuel Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Bidders should submit their offer in a Sealed Envelope (i.e. Technical and Financial Proposal Separately) with three copies
