- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services: develop Communication Strategy that will be used to guide and standardize all internal and external communications of RHRN-2 Ethiopia Programme and implementing partners 20-30 pages strategy that would be produced in English Facilitate one day consultative and validation workshop for 20 participants (consortium staff and relevant and stakeholders) Profile of the Firm/individuals: The firm/individuals should have a proven record of conducting similar assignments for CSOs/NGOs in Ethiopia. The firm/company should provide CVs of the Experts mobilized for the task and should strictly employ the same members of the evaluation task. Any change of the experts to the evaluation task must be approved by the employer before deployment. The firm/individuals need to have renewed and valid trade and tax certificates Competency of Applicant(s)-Lead Consultant of the Firm At least a master's degree in public health, social sciences, development, project management,monitoring, and evaluation or equivalent. Have knowledge and evidence on rights-based and gender transformative approaches, young people SRHR work, national, regional and global young people's SRHR trends, knowledge of policies and programs relevant for youth SRHR, communications and digitalization and developing social accountability tools At least 3 years of experience in carrying out similar tasks. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in conducting and facilitating organizational restructuring, knowledge development, including feasibility studies, and strategy development for NGOs in the local context Knowledge and experience in using participatory approaches and innovative techniques, with or ganizational leadership. Excellent analytical and report writing skills
