- Request for proposals are invited for Consultancy Services to Assess the Mid-Term Review for Climate Action via the Landscape Management (Calm) Project. Bid closing date: Jan 26, 2023 10:00 AM Bid opening date: Jan 26, 2023 10:30 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid bond: Birr 10,000.00 The Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) is expected to undertake an independent evaluation at the midterm and at closing. The objective of this Midterm Review (MTR) is to assess the Program's overall progress including achievement of PDO indicators and DLls, risks and mitigation measures, and relevance of activities and provide concrete recommendation optimizing program success by the close of the program. Scope of the Mid Term Review The scope of the MTR will cover all Program activities. The assessment will embrace an independent evaluation of each of the following CALM program sub components: Result Area One- Participatory watershed management Result Area Two- Rural Land Administration Environmental and Social Management System (ESMS) Fiduciary- Finance and Procurement
