- Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services to Conduct Livestock GHG Inventory to Fill Data Gaps as Per the Data Improvement Plan in Oromia Bid closing date: 6 April 2022 on or before 4:00 PM local time. Bid opening date: No specific opening date & Time Technical experience of the firm specifically related to this assignment: The consulting firms have demonstrated experience in conducting large-scale sample surveys in the livestock sector. Expertise in data collection and analysis of livestock data Knowledge of the livestock dairy sector and experience in working with household and farm surveys in Ethiopia. Experience working with the World Bank is a benefit III Qualifications and competencies of the key staff: Team with required technical capacity and depth that will enable the effective achievement of the work, covering areas such as animal production, statistical sampling, livestock data collection, data analysis, and management. The consultant shall present the staff profile of the firm with detailed CVs. The team leader should possess an advanced degree (MSc., Ph.D.) in Livestock Science, Agricultural Science, Environmental Science, or Agricultural Economics, with demonstrated experience (at least 5-10 years) of livestock systems research and surveys in rural and commercial farm sectors, including livestock In addition, strong interpersonal skills and good communication/presentation skills. Excellent command of spoken and written English is a requirement, The skill of speaking, reading, and writing local regional language (A fan Oromo) has an additional advantage
