- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services, Design Preparation and Supervision Service of Ground Water Supply System at Awash Bank Hawassa Branch Building. Bids opening date: Oct 20, 2021 10:30 AM Bid document price: Birr 100.00 Bid bond: Birr 30,000.00 A complete set of bidding document in English shall be obtained from Procurement Division of Awash Bank located at Awash Towers 12" Noor room No 12-02 upon producing receipt of nonrefundable fee of Birr 100.00 /One Hundred/ by depositing in Account Number 01540000544500, at any AWASH BANK Branches during working hours (Monday to Friday 8:00AM-12:00PM; 1:00PM-4:30 PM and Saturday 8:00AM 12:00PM) starting from October 5, 2021 upon Presentation of copy of renewed Trade license, Certificate of registration, Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Registration Certificate. Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond amount of birr 30,000.00 (Thirty thousand birr) in the form of Unconditional & Irrevocable Bank Guarantee from other Banks or Cashier's Payment Order (C.P.O) from any local Bank. Technical proposal must be deposited in the bid box prepared for this purpose on or before October 20, 2021 at 10:00 AM in the above mentioned address. Technical proposals opening shall be held on October 20,2021 at 10:30 AM in the office of Procurement and Supplies Management Directorate, Awash Tower 12h floor.
