- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services (SAP Upgrading and Customization) Bid closing date: Apr 01, 2024 11:00 AM Bid opening date: Apr 01, 2024 11:10 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: ETB 200.00 (two hundred) HOA-REC&N-AAU invites potential and licensed SAP agent (firm) who conduct the upgrade and customize of the existing SAP Business One to the latest version as per the detail indicated in the Terms of Reference. Interested eligible service providers (firms) may obtain a complete set of bidding document prepared in English Language up on payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 200.00 (two hundred) at the address below from 8.30 AM to 5.00PM from Monday to Friday. Bidders shall submit sealed original & copy of technical and financial proposals separately marked with the official stamp of the company to the address stated below on or before 01 April 2024 at 11:00 AM. The envelopes containing the proposals should be clearly marked as original and copy on its cover. Late bid shall not be acceptable. Technical proposals will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on 01 April 2024 at 11:10 AM. at the address below.
