- Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services of Small Satellite Ait and Satellite Development Project The scope of the assignment is to jointly developing a project proposal for procuring, construction and operation of small satellite AIT facility and satellite development bid document and training. The consultant firm(s) shall produce small satellite AIT facility and satellite development bid document where the outputs that may include, but not limited to the following: Prepare Small satellite AIT building design requirements and layout of the building Identification, selection and prepare state of the art AIT facility equipment specification for Test Facility Equipment (TFE), Industrial Equipment (IE) and general-purpose AIT equipment Constellation of six small satellite mission objective, Selection, identification and specification of Ground station equipment and material Prepare selection criteria for launching service provider Selection, identification and Preparation of specification for ICT infrastructure, ERP and Software, system automation and advanced security system design requirements Provide know-how training in project management, satellite AIT business and marketing, basic satellite AIT and basic satellite engineering Propose project financing options and business operation modalities. Any pre-requisite studies, planning and schedules needed to determine the project implementation The necessary and required environmental studies
