Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services of Supervision and Contract Administration on Veterinary Hospital and Business Incubation Center Projects to be Constructed in Samara, Afar Region Bid document price: Birr 2000.00 Bid bond: Birr 70,000.00 Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and clarification on the bid documents at the address given below. Bids must be delivered at the address given below before 10:00 AM (4:00 local time) of the bid closing date A complete set of bidding document prepared in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders up on the submission of a written application at the address given below upon payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 2,000.00 /Two thousand from the first date of this announcement on the newspaper. The method of payment for the bid document will be in cash. The employer assumes no liability for loss or late delivery of the purchased bid document The bid must be accompanied by a 70,000.00 /seventy thousand/ ETB bid security, as specified in the tender document. The bid security shall be in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized local banks Bidders shall present copy of their renewed trade license for the year 2013 E.C renewed main registration trade license 2013 E.C tax identification number,valid tax clearance certificate and VAT registration certificate Bid closing shall be before 10:00 AM (4:00 local time) on the 30th day from the first date of announcement of the tender and its opening time will be on the same day at 10:30 AM (4:30 local time). If the 30th day is not working day, the bid will be closed and opened at academic commission hall at the aforementioned time of the next working day Pre-bid meeting, for detail briefing with bidders, will be held on 20th day from the first date of announcement of the tender at 9:00AM (3:00 local time) at academic commission hall. If the 20th day is not working day the meeting will be postponed for the next working day.
