- Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services on an Urban Land Holding File Management System Project for Four Cities Bureau of Urban Development and construction intends to use part of the proceeds for consultancy services on, Urban land holding file management system project for four cities (Wolaita soddo, Arbaminch, Hossana, and Dilla) in SNNPRS The consulting service includes but is not limited to the following; Delineate project area( ketenas) to be considered for urban land file management in the cities, Organize and arrange all parcels of land or land holding files in sequential order at block, neighborhood (sefer), Section (ketene), and Kebele level within the city to support urban land Adjudication, Define, update and provide unique parcel ID for each parcels of lands, urban block, neighborhood (sefer), Section (ketene), and Kebele in each project city, Conduct land inventory on all lands within the defined project area in the city administration including vacant lands; Link the attribute data with spatial attributes Build the Geo-data base using Arc-GIS software to manage the spatial digital data of the project area based on the national standard, Prepare organized excel data with well-arranged land holding files, which will be the steeping steps for urban land cadaster system development Expression of Interest along with documentary evidence may be delivered in person or to the address below during working hours not later than 15 days of this announcement in Addis Zemen Gazetta or through the email address mentioned here under, Bid closing date: 15 days of this announcement Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date and Time Region: SNNPR
