- Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Sidama Nutrition Analysis of the 24-hour meal recall to identify exactly which nutrients and vitamins are missing from the diet. Identification of missing nutrients to improve dlet We would like a more detailed analysis of the 24-hour meal recall to identify exactly which nutrients and vitamins are missing from the diet. Based on that analysis we require: Guidance on additional data that could be collected to determine dietary status and improvement over time. Recommendations on how farmers could improve their diet A. Through increased consumption of any existing ingredients B Through additional vegetables or other crops, which can be grown in kitchen gardens, with specifics on production requirements We envisage a kitchen garden with up to 4 nutritious vegetables/ crops, based on the results of the analysis C Recommendations on preparation (cooking) of new or existing ingredients to preserve their nutritional value
