- Expression of Interest are invited for Consultants for the Study of Organizational Structure, Salary Scale, and Benefit Packages, Branch Grading and Giving a Recommendations on Proposed Alternatives Bid document price: 500.00 Birr Bid bond: 2% 2. Bidders are required to submit both technical and financial proposals for the study separately in wax-sealed envelopes to the Human Resource and Property Administration Department, Berhan Insurance S.C., Kirkos Sub-city, Woreda 03, House No. new, Wello Sefer Garad Moll, 7th Floor 3. Bidders shall provide their bid price including 15% VAT. In addition, bidders must provide Bank CPO (2% of the bid price) in the name of Berhan Insurance S.C. as a bid bond guarantee. 4. A complete set bidding document can be purchased from Berhan Insurance S.C. by paying a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 at the address stated above. 5. The deadline for submission of tender will be December 11, 2023, at 8:00 am local time. Both technical and financial Proposals shall be opened on December 11, 2023, at 8:30 am local time in the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives.
