No: CN/ICB/01/2023 1 OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSIGNMENT The company (Commercial Nominees Plc) has intends to hire a consulting firm to conduct feasibility study for establish Garment Factory. Therefore, the general objective to develop this product has the following rationalities: The garment factory business has linkage to CN-s main business of outsource service delivery. CN currently employed some 43000 employee in its outsource business most of which requires uniforms. Delivering the uniform to these employees is a difficult task as getting competent and reliable supplier is challenging. So, establishing its own garment factory could be one solution to the problem. To reduce the over dependency on few service lines, it is found imperative to diversify our product portfolio. To this end, establishing garment factory could be one source of income by supplying various clothing and apparel for both local and foreign market assuming that the same garment factory helps to produce uniform for internal consumption. SCOPE OF THE ASSIGNMENT In a bid to reduce its over dependency on few products, CN is desirous of diversifying its product portfolio. So, the scope of the proposal is limited to outsourcing the feasibility study of garment factory for which the consulting firm is expected to carry out the tasks as project milestones described in the TOR. REQUIREMENT Tax clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate for local consultants who have partnership with international company. Currently Renewed Consultancy Service License (for both Local and Foreign Consultants) Adequate and Experienced Personnel Interested and eligible Consultants could collect the bid document up on payment of ETB 100.00 from 5 th floor at the address stared below. Bidders should submit their sealed & separate technical and financial document in a Tender box located on 5 th floor at the address indicated below until March 27, 2023 at 10:00 am. Bid Bond Birr 100,000.00 in a form of CPO shall be issued with the bid document. The Bid will be opened on March 27, 2023 at 10:30 am at Commercial Nominees Head Office Meeting Hall.
