Bid opening date: No specific opening date & Time Region: Addis Ababa For The development of the Property Management and Administration System The Gift business group is developing a sister company, the property management business company, devoted to creating major improvements in the trend of the current business culture The company proposed the development of a property management and administration system (GRSPAMS). The company is mandated to undertake property management and administration, which includes: Lease administration, Facility administration, Cleaning, security, and other routinely scheduled services, Property valuation and trading services, Property listing, Investor and board dashboard, Marketing, Reporting, Payment transactions, and Research and development. The company has a project to develop the Property Administration and Management Information System (PAMIS), which is a web-based system to keep a record of all the data and information related to all activities of the online system including, social media communications and online mobile applications. The system should enable data input from multiple online sources. The development of online PAMIS aims to: provide easy access to customers' information' improve data integrity and transparency minimize human errors reduce face to face interaction improve the efficiency of the data collection, analysis, and information dissemination; and ensure accountability of the staff. The company hereby invites a qualified consultancy firm, that has a proven experience in the field and is interested to develop the system. Interested and qualified consultants can collect the TOR/RFP from the company head office within 21 consecutive working days from the date of this announcement.
