- Tenders are invited for Consulting Firms for Specific Design, Supervision, And Other Projects Floated by the Administration The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia represented by the Ethiopian Roads Administration (ERA) has allocated funds for specific design, supervision, and other projects floated by the Administration. I/No Qualification Criteria 1 Permanent key professional staffs of the firm 2 Consultant's Registered Facilities 2.1 Vehicles 2.2 Office and Laboratory 2.3 Quality and Standards 2.4 Surveying and Laboratory Facilities 3 Experiences (For firms who previously submitted their Firm experience profile, only those experience records gained after the firm experience profile is required/considered) 3.1 Years of Company Establishment 3.2 General and Specific Experiences 4 Consultant's Annual Turnover The Ethiopian Roads Administration now invites all consulting firms to submit their Company Profile Document, an updated document in case of firms whose profile has been previously assessed, which will be used as input for shortlisting Consulting firms and distribution of projects for those firms who have shown interest to submit bid proposals on service projects floated by the Administration. Company Profile will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Property Administration Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Application/Participation is open to all locally registered Eligible Domestic Consulting Firms.
