- Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Services on Quality Infrastructure Improvement The consultancy services would require multidisciplinary team comprising international and local consultants, is expected to be carried out in the next 12 months commencing May 2023. The assessment will cover federal, regional, and selected ULGs and institutions. The WB in collaboration with MUI now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: (i) the consulting firm shall at least have 15 years- of similar experiences on advisory or consultancy services on quality investment improvement (QII) guided by the principles: design principles, life costing, system development, involvement of the private sector, digital transformation, green and resilient aspects, and inclusiveness.(ii) The consulting firm shall demonstrate its technical and managerial capacity for the provision of the consultancy services (iii) overview of key staff qualifications for team leader and specialists proposed to undertake the assignment. Key Experts will not be evaluated at the shortlisting stage.
