Tenders are invited for Contract for Dry Cargo Service ( for 1 Year ) Any bidders bidding in lot 1 ( twenty thousand ) , 5,000 ( five thousand ) in lot 2 , and 1,500 ( one thousand five hundred birr ) in lot 3 are required to deposit bid security in cash or bank certified CPO or non - conditional bank guarantee for each lot . Any bidders competing in Lot 1 to Lot 3 described above are required to book a bid security knowing that the bid security will remain valid for an additional 20 days after the 40 days of the bid document being valid . Bidders who compete for Lot 1 to Lot 3 and win are required to enter into a contract with a 10% deposit , and they are required to submit a legal receipt printed in their name when requesting the price for the supply .
