- Tenders are invited for Creative Agency Partner for Covid-19 Vaccine Bid closing date: Apr 05, 2022 10:00 AM Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date and time Region: Addis Ababa Bid responses must be officially submitted to and received-by PSI Ethiopia (address below) on or before April 5, 2022, till 10:00 AM (morning) All bids shall be submitted in hard copies, duly signed, and stamped, in wax sealed envelopes clearly marked with the RFP reference number and title, the applicant's full legal name and address Late bids shall be rejected Special Notes: Organizations that are not prequalified or shortlisted will not be considered further. Only applications that have been prequalified or shortlisted shall be further contacted or invited to a restricted bid. This RFP does not constitute a solicitation. A response to this request does not automatically ensure that participating organizations will be selected to participate in subsequent "invitation to Restricted Bid(s)". PSI Ethiopia reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the shortlisting process and/or the solicitation process. PSI Ethiopia also reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions when issuing future tenders, proposals, or bids.
