- Tenders are invited for Supply of Crusher Machine with All Accessories Installation, Testing , And Commissioning Bid closing date: May16/2022 afternoon from 8:30 O'clock up to 11:00 O clock local time Bid opening date: May 17/2022 morning at 3:30 O'clock local time Region: Sidama Bid document price: 300 ETB Bid bond: 2% A complete bid document may be obtained from the Office Room No 17 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300 (Three Hundred Birr only) within 25 consecutive days of this announcement Bidders shall include in their bid currently renewed Trade license and VAT registration certificate Bidders also shall include the letter from tax agency to participate in the bidding All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2 % of the total price in the form of Bank certified (CPO) or not less than a 6-month unconditional Back guarantee. The bid security must be packed with wax-sealed financial Documents. Bidder shall submit financial proposal original & copy separately in a wax-sealed envelope and also Technical proposals original & copy separately in a wax-sealed envelope for the above office on the date of May 16/2022 afternoon from 8:30 O'clock up to 11:00 O clock local time The bid will be opened in the presence of an interested bidder or their legal representative on May 17/2022 morning at 3:30 O'clock local time in the Enterprise office No 17. [If this day becomes Holiday or weekend the opening will be the next working day.] “All nontechnical documents such as recently Renewed Trade License.
