- Tenders are invited for Data Collection Consultancy Services. Minimum Requirements and CRITERIA: I. Shall be a registered firm with renewed professional license and should submit a copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration certificate, tax clearance, certificate of registration from public procurement Agency, and TIN certificate II. Availability of appropriate skills as well as technical and managerial capabilities to properly manage and deliver the assignment III. 5+ years of in consultancy related and/or data collection experience in rural development or agricultural annual surveys, project evaluation/baseline surveys and/or development in agriculture sector. IV. Experience in Electronic data collection in all parts of the country; mainly in Oromiya, Amhara, SNNP, Tigray, Sidama and other regions. V. Deploying large number of qualified supervisors, coordinators, and enumerators to all selected regions at a time and cover large number of woredas, and multiple woreda, zonal and regional offices for a specific study with large number of sample size (desired). VI. Experience in Collecting complex agriculture related data (with different modules including, but not limited to, seed system, input supply, technology adoptions, apiculture, climate smart agriculture, agri-marketing, value chain, livestock, irrigation, mechanization, ICT, Capacity building, grants and systemic interventions and other related and similar areas) Preferred
