Description:
Tenders are invited for Delivering Required Material, Manpower, Crusher, And Equipment for Base Course and Coarse Aggregate Production of the Project Requirement. Bid document price: Birr 250.00 Bid bond: Birr 50,000.00 ENYI General Business Plc, ENYI Construction now invites eligible bidders, which fulfil the following requirements, to submit sealed bids for Base Course and concrete aggregate production of this road project as indicated in above. Interested bidders shall submit following legal documents along with their qualification documents; IV. Certificate of registration with relevant categories renewed for 2013 E.C and other appropriate documentary evidences demonstrating the bidder's compliance which shall include: V. Tax clearance certificate, which states that the bidder can participate in any public tender, valid at bid submission date, VAT and TIN registration certificates; VI. Registration as supplier in the list of the mandated public body VII. Bidders who fail to provide valid documents mentioned under 3(1), (I), (III) above with its qualification document will be rejected from further evaluation. Bidder should submit bid security to the amount of Birr 50,000(Fifty Thousand) in the name of ENYI General Business Plc, ENYI Construction with the form of CPO or Bank guarantee with their bid submission document. Bids not accompanied by bid security shall be rejected from further evaluation... Late bids will be rejected. Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents of ENYI General Business Plc, ENYI Construction at the address given below, from 9:00AM to 12:00PM and 2:00pm to 4:30pm from Mondays to Fridays and 9:00AM to 12:00PM on Saturday local time. A complete set of the bidding documents in English may be collected by interested bidders on submission of a written application and presentation of the documents mentioned under item (3) above to the address below and upon payment of Birr 250 effective as of 18th August, 2021 G.C.
