- Tenders are invited for Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Indoor Led Digital Signage Display System of the Bureau of the Ministry 1 .LED Media Player 2. Touch LED Screen ePoster with 55 inch display and mini 3 .Indoor LED Wall Screen (cover an area of vertically 1.36 meter and horizontally 2.42 meter) 4. Player license 5. Wayfinding software (with development and implementa tion of the solution Bid closing date: at or before 4:00 E.C (in the morning) on March 10, 2022 Bid document price: 200.00 birr Bid bond: Birr 40,000.00(Forty thousand) A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested Bidders at the address below up on payment of a non-refundable fee of Birt 200.00 in cash 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 4:00 E.C (in the morning) on March 10, 2022 and will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the Ministries Meeting hall Building Block B/ 3rd Floor Office NO. 301 at 4:30 EC (in the morning) on March 10, 2022, all bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 40,000.00(Forty thousand) or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. Late bids shall be rejected.
