- Tenders are invited for Demolishing of Existing B+G+4 Building (Concrete Structure Only) and Construction of a New Mixed-use Building at Harar Bid closing date: April 18, 2022 Bid opening date: Apr 19, 2022 2:00 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 1,000.00 (One Thousand Birr Only) Bid bond: 500,000 (Birr Five Hundred Thousand Only Interested and eligible Bidders may collect the bidding document from March 25, 2022 until April 5, 2022 during office hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 12:00pm and from 1:00pm - 5:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am - 12:00pm at the address provided below. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address given below upon payment of non-returnable fee of Birr 1,000.00 (One Thousand Birr Only) at Cooperative Bank of Oromia's Head Office - Finfine Branch. The method of payment shall be in cash. Bid shall be submitted to the address below on or before April 18, 2022 during office hours. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 500,000 (Birr Five Hundred Thousand Only) in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO in the name of Cooperative Bank of Oromia S.C. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend the event at the Bank's Training Room located at Dembel City Center, 7th Floor, Lift No.- 4 on April 19, 2022, at 2:00 PM in the afternoon. Bidders must submit their Technical and Financial Proposals in one Original and one Copy-both separately sealed. Partial bidding is not allowed. The complete bid must be submitted in one original, clearly marked "ORIGINAL" and one copy also, clearly marked "COPY" and each envelops shall be separately sealed which in the event of any discrepancy between them the Original shall prevail - then both of which will be submitted in an envelope sealed and clearly marked with "Bid Document for the Demolishing of Existing B+G+4 and Construction of a New B+G+M+5 Mixed-Use Building at Harar". Note that Bid Security and Power of Attorney shall be included within the Original Technical Proposal in a separate envelope each. Cooperative Bank of Oromia reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
