Description:
Tenders are invited for Design and Build Works of Sectorial Office Lot 1 Project to be Constructed in Lideta Sub-City, a.a, Ethiopia. A complete set of bidding documents prepared in the English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and a nonrefundable fee of ETB 5,000 /Five Thousand/, starting from March 10/2023. The method of payment shall be in cash or direct deposit to Addis Ababa City Administration Mega Projects Construction Office's account in the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia through Account No. 1000337484925. Bid must be delivered on or before April 25, 2023, at 2:00 PM and all bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand) for each Lot in the form of a certified cheque of the first payable order (CPO) or an unconditional bank guarantee by any Ethiopian bank. The format of the bid security should be in accordance with the form of bid security included in section -4 of bidding forms or another acceptable to the Employer. Bid security shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity of the bid. The bid will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives, who choose to attained at the same place and Date at 2:30 PM. Bidders may obtain further information from, and inspect the bidding document at the address indicated on #9 below.
