- Expression of Interest are invited for Design of ICT Network Infrastructure. 1. Defense Construction Design Enterprise (DCDE) invites specialized and eligible consulting firm to submit sealed expressions of interest for the design of ICT Network Infrastructure with all necessary details for 2B+G+13 Multi-purpose building in Addis Ababa. 2. The Enterprise is seeking to hire a competent, energetic, qualified and experienced consulting firm interested in the assignment. The consultant should provide information demonstrating firm-s qualifications and relevant experience, range of services offered, qualification and experience of key professionals, track records and experiences of the firm in similar assignments and the consulting firm to be hired must be highly competent and must have experienced key professionals with appropriate work experience. 3. Based on the above information only short-listed Service Providers/Consulting Firms will be invited to submit their technical and financial proposal.
