- Tenders are invited for Design, Supply, And Installation of the Audio/ Visual System and Auditorium Hall Structure in the Modjo Dry Port and Terminal's Board Room and Auditorium Hall. Bid closing date: before June 07, 2022, at 2:00 pm (afternoon) Bid opening date: June 07, 2022, at 2:30 pm (afternoon) Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 250 ETB Bid bond: 2% Bidders who are engaged in the sector shall present renewed trade license, trade registration certificate, VAT registration, current tax clearance certificates, and supplier list registration certificate. The Bidders must obtain registration for the category Electromechanical Certificate Grade-2 and above from Ethiopia Energy Authority (EAA) with a valid license for the 2014 E.C. The bid document shall be obtained from Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise which is located new building on the 3rd floor against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 250.00 (Two Hundred Fifty Birr) during office hours and obtain the bid document from the 10th floor. The Bid document shall be accompanied by a bid bond amount not less than 2% of the total contract price in the name of Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise with a technical Proposal in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee or CPO that can be valid at least 73 days after bid opening. Bidders shall submit a financial and technical offer in separate envelopes. The bid document shall be submitted in the tender box of the ESLSE Multipurpose building on the 10th floor on or before June 07, 2022, at 2:00 pm and it shall be open on the same date at 2:30 pm (afternoon) in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
