Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Design, Supply, Construction, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of Compact Waste Water Treatment Plant at CMC Michael. 1. The works include the supply of all materials, fixtures, fittings, equipment and labour necessary for the completion of the services required. After a complete site investigation, the invited Companies are requested to submit letter of EOI, all legal and eligibility documents, and company profile that demonstrate past experience in similar projects, financial capabilities, organizational structure, expertise capacities and other relevant information that proofs the ability of the firm to handle the required works sufficiently in accordance with the above description of Requirements. 2. It is Mandatory that Proposers shall visit project sites prior to the submission of their EOI in order to thoroughly familiarize themselves with the location, operating conditions and specific requirements. 3. The solicitation will be based on detailed Statement of Works, General Conditions of Contracts and other related documents which will be provided by AYAT Sco to all companies who respond to this EOI and qualify for this tender. 4. For this purpose, AYAT Sco will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly, accordingly would issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfil AYAT-s requirement. 5. RFP will be requested from bidders found responsive for the EOI requirements as a second stage of the bid process. The RFP will include submission of fixed price proposal for the services and spare parts, project time table, project specials and other requirements to be disclosed later.
