- Tenders are invited for Design, Supply, Construction, Installation, Migration, Training, And Commissioning of Modular Data Center Infrastructure on a Turnkey Basis Bid closing date: 16th days at 8:00 PM (local time) Bid opening date: 16th days at 8:30 PM (local time) Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 1,000.00 Birr Bid bond: 1,000,000.00 Birr A complete set of documents can be purchased on submission of a written application and original document with copies of, Tin Number certificate, VAT registered certificate, Proof of their up-to-date registered certificate from Authorized Business Licenser, supplier list Registration on PPA Websites, Renewed Trade License and Tax Clearness Certificate from concerning Authority, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 1,000 (One Thousand) All bids must be accompanied by bid security: Birr 1,000,000.00 (one million). The bid security shall be in the original form of an Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO from any Commercial Bank in Ethiopia. The Bid Security shall be valid for at least One Hundred twenty (120) days including 28 days after the Bid submission deadline. The bid will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives, who choose to attain on the same place and Date as the bid submission. And No one is allowed to duplicate or transfer the bidding document that one acquired to participate under this invitation.
