- Tenders are invited for Audit Service Corporation Invites All Interested & Eligible Bidders for the Design, Supply, Installation, Configuration and Training for the Building Site Security Camera Systems (Surveillance System), Facial Recognition Time Attendance System, And Wireless Lan Infrastructure Bid closing date: 11th working day of this announcement at 3:30 A.M Bid opening date: 11th working day of this announcement at 4:30 A.M Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 300.00 (three hundred birr) Bid bond: Different for the various lots Audit Service Corporation invites all interested & eligible bidders for the design, supply, installation, configuration, and training for the following items: Building site security camera systems (Surveillance System) Facial recognition time attendance system Wireless LAN infrastructure A complete set of bidding documents can be obtained from the Corporation during office hours from 8:30 A.M to 12:30 A.M in the morning and from 1:30 PM to 5:00 P.M in the afternoon (Monday to Friday) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 300/three hundred/. Bidders are required to fulfill the following documents; Bidders should have valid & renewed trade & registration licenses for the current year, Bidders should have VAT & TIN certificates, Bidders should present valid & renewed tax clearance certificates, Bids should be delivered in a sealed envelope to the address given below within 10 (ten) working days since the issuance of this announcement, All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 50,000 /fifty thousand/ for items No, 1 & 2 and Birr 10,000 /ten thousand/ for items No, 3 mentioned above in the form of CPO. Bidders should submit one original & two copies of technical & financial proposal documents in separate sealed envelopes, duly marking the envelopes "Original and Copy". All technical and financial documents with the bid security will be presented in one big envelope duly marking the envelope as "Bid Proposal." The bid closing date shall be on the 11th working day of this announcement at 3:30 A.M and opened on the same day at 4:30 A.M. at local time (in the morning) in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives. If the bid opening date is Holliday, the opening date will be the next working day. The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
