- Tenders are invited for Detailed Need Assessment and Develop Livelihood Restoration Plan (LRP) for Design and Build of Modjo-Hawassa Highway Project Phase I The CVs of applicants should clearly indicate the assigned position and period of assignment of month(s) and year(s) and a testimony shall be attached for each stated experiences in the CV, Interested professions can collect the tasks /Full Terms of Reference/ of the envisaged expert from Engineering Procurement Directorate Office, New Building, Block B 1st Floor, Office No. 101. The function of the experts will be in accordance with the consultancy service activities detailed in the TOR. Bidders shall submit their qualification document (CV and Testimony) and financial bids separately in a two envelop in line with the Terms of Reference using the Forms provided in the Detail Terms of Reference. The qualifications applications (CVS and Testimonies) and Financial Offers of interested applicants should be submitted to the following address on or before October 26, 2021 at 2:30 P.M. local time.
