The consultancy aims to develop the end-to-end institutional design for the National Agri-Finance Implementation Roadmap (NAFIR), which includes three pillars: National Agri-Finance Accelerator (NAFA), Farmer Access to Streamlined Financial Services (FAST), and Centre of Excellence (CoE). The consultant will assess and develop integrated legal, regulatory, governance, financial, risk, and operational frameworks to establish NAFIR independently, addressing constraints in agricultural financing.
