- Tenders are invited for Develop a Project Implementation Document on Energy Consumption and Energy Efficiency Assessment Study for Lighting and Refrigerator Appliances in Ethiopia Lot 1: Lighting Lot 2: Refrigerator Bid closing date: Feb 21, 2022 7:00 AM Bid opening date: Feb 21, 2022 7:00 AM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: Birr 300.00 Bid bond: 2% Bid document can be obtained from Ethiopian Energy Authority, Procurement and Finance Directorate ,3rd floor, Room No 09 during office hours (Monday to Friday) up on payment of a non-refundable fee Birr 300.00 (Three Hundred birr). Bids received on time and fulfilling other formalities shall be technical and financial documents opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at 10:00 A.M on 21 February 2022, at the Ethiopian Energy Authority Procurement and Finance Directorate Office. Bidders are advised to read and comply with the instructions provided in the bid document The winner of the bid should submit the project implementation document within 60 calendar days after the agreement is signed. Bidders are to submit their business letter; VAT registration certificate license renewed for the current fiscal year and registered by MOF FPPPAA. (www.ppa.Gov.et ) in addition, the bidder must bring a supporting letter of registration. Bidders should provide one original and one copy of technical and financial documents separately in a sealed envelope and insert these in the Box at the procurement and finance directorate office before 10:00 A.M on 21 February 2022, The bid must be accompanied by a bid security form of Bank guarantee (CPO) of Bid Proposal security required 2% from the total price offered Ethiopian Energy Authority reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid
