- Tenders are invited for Mobile Application Development in Web, Hybrid and Native and Application Life Cycle Management to Provide Access to Timely, Understandable, And Actionable Early Warning, Early Action Information to Ebinat Woreda Community Bid document price: 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 2% The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS) invites sealed bid from prospective eligible bidders who have legal licenses and experience in Mobile Application Development in Web, Hybrid and Native and Application life cycle management to provide access to timely, understandable, and actionable early warning, early action information to Ebinat woreda community. Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding documents against a non-refundable payment of ETB 100 (Birr One Hundred) from ERCS Amhara Regional Branch office, Bahir Dar. All bidders must be submitted to Ethiopia Red Cross Society, Amhara Regional Branch along with a BIOSECURITY (BID BOND) in acceptable forms (CPO or BANK GUARANTEE) Specified in the Bidding Data Sheet amounting to 2% of the bid-offer, on a separate envelope. The bid Security Shall be valid for consecutive days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid. The financial offer shall be produced in separate sealed envelopes labeled as ORIGINAL and COPY TECHNICAL OFFER shall be made in a separate third sealed envelope clearly labeled as TECHNICAL OFFER. The four envelopes including the CPO shall then be scaled in and signed, sealed outer envelope, addressed to Ethiopian Red Cross Society, Amhara Regional Branch whose address is mentioned below. Bid will be closed on June 30, 2021, at 2:00 pm and will be opened on the same date at 2:30 pm at ERCS Amhara Reginal Branch Office, Bahir Dar in the presence of those bidders or their authorized representatives who are willing to attend the event. Bidders are advised to read the bidding document thoroughly and fill in all the necessary details requested in the bidding document. Failure to comply with the conditions in, No.2 to 6 above shall result in an automatic rejection. Ethiopian Red Cross Society, Amhara Regional Branch reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time before contract award. Without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
