- Tenders are invited for Development of Organizational Website, SPM, IPSAS & provision of Training on Project Cycle Management Interested consulting firms and freelance consultants can collect your respective TOR from ODWaCE Head Office, located at 'Yeka Sub city, Woreda-8, Keble, house number-993, around 22 Mazoria, at the back of Ethiopia trade & tourism enterprise bureau, Tel no 011850 1237/0911042265/0913784684/0911629111/Addis Ababa, Ethiopian. All applicant consultancy firms should submit their respective technical and financial proposals in a separately sealed envelope within eight days (until 27 Sept 2021) of this bid announcement. ODWaCE reserves the right to cancel part of or the entire consultancy work. Interested freelance consultant/consultancy firm who have the relevant qualification & experience on SPM training and development to manage the task . All qualified IT freelance consultant/licensed IT company/IT consultancy firm, who have the relevant qualification and experience on the development of Website; . Interested consultancy firm who have the relevant qualification and experience on the development and institutionalization of International Public Service Accounting Standards/system and Interested freelance consultant/consultancy firm who have the relevant qualification & experience on providing capacity building training on PCM as per the developed TORS
