- Expression of Interest are invited for Development of Website The website will have the following objectives: Enhancing ECDSWCo's credibility, Providing improved user experience; Simplify content management; Essentially a Knowledge Sharing platform for staff, partners and stakeholders, and Provide better information and customer service to its community. The assignment is expected to take 60 days. The Vendor will develop and submit a work plan and timetable at the commencement of the assignment. Therefore, the Vendor will propose a time table for the delivery of the following: Requirements analysis and determination including proposal of software and hardware requirements for hosting the website; Presentation of the first draft of the prototype; Presentation of the second draft of the prototype, First launch as a "soft launchâ to enable the Vendor and the Client to test the features of the site to the satisfaction of the ECDSWCo; Training of the staff based on the requirements of the ECDSWCo; Installed and configure the website on the cloud environment which is approved by the ECDSWCo; and Hosting of the final website where the URL is well publicized with the collaboration of ECDSWCo staff. Develop and deploy the ECDSWCo's dynamic website as strategic communication, information sharing, and knowledge management tool; ensuring that it is visually appealing, easy to navigate, bilingual website template offering several interactive features and should confirm to major web standards, be responsive enough or compatible with PCs, mobiles and tablets. To this end, the developer will be expected to undertake the following tasks:
