For any Interested bidder, the bid announcement is opened up to September 14 /2021 12:00 Am from the date of the announcement in the newspaper. procurement and Logistics office at the address given below. Interested Bidders are requested to deliver wax-sealed bid document original and copy of Technical and Financial proposal separately to EECMY-DASSC Head Office, in its Office building at Amist Kilo within 15 working days from the announcement of this bid on newspaper. Bids shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) days after Bid opening. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of Birr 10,000.00 in the form of Cashiers. Payment Order (CPO) and shall be marked payable to EECMY-DASSC and issued by illegible Ethiopian Bank. Bidders must attach valid business/trade license, VAT registration, supplier data Registration certificate for the current year, Tax clearance and good performance evidence, and past work experience in a related field. Bids shall be closed on the 14th of September 2021 at 12:00 AM and will be opened on the same date at 2:00 PM on the 14th of September 2021 at EECMY-DASSC Head office Meeting Hall in the presence of the bidders/ duly authorized representatives who wish to attend.
