Tenders are invited for Drilling and Construction of 13 Shallow Wells for (Ameya, Wenchi, Weliso and Goro Districts) Bids opening date: 29/03/2014 at 8:30 Local Time Bid document price: 300.00 (Three hundred Birr) Bid bond: 1% (One percent) South West Shoa Zone Water and Energy Office Invites water well drilling and construction contractors of category - 3 and above who have the capacity for the Drilling and Construction of 13 Shallow wells for (Ameya, Wenchi, Weliso and Goro districts) under LOT 1 and 14(Fourteen) shallow wells in (Becho, dawo, Ilu and Tole districts) under LOT 2. Bid Documents can be purchased from South West Shoa Zone Finance and Economic Cooperation Office at working time with non-refundable fee of 300.00 (Three hundred birr) per LOT starting from 1/03/2014 E.C. to 29/03/2014 E.C. for 21 Working days. A bidder must have Renewed Work Permit (Competency Certificate) from Ministry of Water and Energy /Oromia Construction Authority/; Renewed Trade License, TIN Number, VAT Certificate and confirmation of Rig Ownership. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee of 1% price of the total project cost valid for 90 calendar days after the date of bid opening. The bid security must be addressed to South West Shoa Zone Water and Energy Office and spect'OT. The deadline for Financial and Technical bid submission shall be on or before 8:00 Local Time of 29/03/2014 E.C Bids will be opened on 29/03/2014 at 8:30 Local Time in South West Shoa Zone Water and Energy Office.
