- Tenders are invited for Drilling of Borehole for Holeta Bull-Dam Farm Bid closing date: May 09, 2022 2:00 PM Bid opening date: May 09, 2022 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 500 ETB Bid bond: 50,000 ETB A complete set of the bidding document in the English language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders from April 18, 2022, onwards during office hours at the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr) or its equivalent amount in easily convertible currencies. The method of payment will be in cash. The document will be given to the applicants arriving at our premises in person. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before May 9, 2022, @ 2:00 PM. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and any who choose to attend at the address below on May 9, 2022, at @2:30PM. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting as stated in the bidding document. The total amount of bid security could be ETB 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Birr) or its' equivalent in an easily convertible currency. Bid Security must be in the form of either CPO or Bank Guarantee from a recognized local Banks or in Cash and it must be counter guaranteed by local firms for foreign bank guarantees. Insurance Bond and bid security declaration is not acceptable. The bid security shall be attached with or in the original technical bid proposal's envelope.
