- Tenders are invited for Drilling of the Large Diameter of Two Deep Water Wells Bid document price: Birr 500.00 Bid bond: 1% The Shashemane Town Water Supply and Sewerage Service Enterprise has secured a budget from the municipality and shashemane Town Water Supply and Sewerage Service Enterprise (utility) for the drilling of a large diameter of two deep Water Wells. Shashamane Town Water Supply and Sewerage Service Enterprise (STWSSSE) now invites eligible and competitive bidders for the contract of water well drilling installation of casings. gravel packing, well developnen1. Pump test & water quality test, platform construction for hand pumps, and completion of the wells including the supply of all required materials as specified in the BOQ Interested eligible competitive bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at its Enterprise (utility), Shashemene Town, Shashemene Town Water Supply and Sewerage Service Enterprise Ground floor Office (room no-2), Abosto Kebele 03, Back of Chilalo Hotel, Procurement Team Tel :-(14622156-55 and P.O.Box 16 Ethiopia, A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested competitive bidders upon presentation of renewed relevant license for 2013 E.C. budget year. Registration card issued from Ministry of Water. Irrigation and Energy VAT registration certificate. Tax Identification Number (TIN) and copy of ID Card together with Written Application to the above office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 500 (Five hundred) Ethiopian Birr only. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before August 27, 2021 at 11:00 AM and must be accompanied by a bid bond of 1% (One percent) of the bid amount in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee and Bids shall be valid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after bid opening. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend at: 11:30 AM on the same day i.e. August 27, 2021 at the Ground floor, Shashemene Town Water Supply and Sewerage Service Enterprise. Contractors that have agreement of a water well drilling and Construction with the west Arsi Zone and his execution of the contract agreement work not less than 70% (Seventy percent) are allowed to participate on the bid. The Enterprise (utility) reserves the right to reject part and/or all bids.
