- Tenders are invited for Duplication and Bidding of the A3 Logbook Duplicate & Bind 482 A3 size logbook Network of networks HIV positives in Ethiopia (NEP+) wants to invite eligible bidders. Who can duplicate & bind the A3 size log book The quantity of the logbook is 482 each A3 logbook has 100 pages. Thus, interested bidders are invited to participate in this bid in line with the following criteria Bid closing date: May 17, 2022 2:00 PM Bid opening date: May 17, 2022 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 100 ETB Bid bond: 2% NEP+ invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for duplication and bidding of the A3 logbook. Interested bidders can purchase a complete set of bid documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Birr hundred only) at the NEP+ Office from notice of this bid during a working hours. Bidders must have Renewed Business License in their respective area, TIN Certificate, VAT registration certificate The bid must be accompanied Bid Bond of 2% of the total bid price in the form of a certified cheque or CPO Please indicate the delivery time in your offer The financial proposal should be submitted with one original and one copy in a sealed envelope The bid must be delivered to the finance and administration department NEP+ office Mexico square at Ethiopian chamber of commerce building 5th-floor room no 405 P.O Box 780code 1250 on or before 20 calendar days of the announcement up to 2:00 Pm, The bid will be opened on the 20th day of this advertisement at 2:30 PM in the presence of the bidder or their representative at the NEP+ Office. Failure to comply with any one of the conditions stated above will lead to automatic rejection from the bid; NEP+ reserves the right to accept reject any or all bids.
