Bidders must have a renewed business license for 2018, a qualification certificate for the 2018 budget year, supplier registration, VAT registration, and a taxpayer identification number. They must have submitted at least 3 similar designs with a total budget of more than 1.5 million birr for the past five years. A non-refundable fee of Birr 500 is required to collect bid documents. A Bid Bond of Birr 50,000 is also required. Bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes and will be opened on the 11th at 4:00 AM.
